4 ripe tomatoes
1 Tbsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried
1 tsp lemon pepper
- Slice tomatoes in half, lengthwise.
- Prepare coals.
- Cover part of cooking grid with aluminum foil. NEVER cover entire cooking grid with aluminum foil.
- Place tomatoes on foil and sprinkle with oregano and lemon pepper.
- Grill tomatoes with cut side down, over medium heat.
